The North Willamette Horticulture Society is organized into three sections: Organic Crops, Vegetables and Berries. Each section organizes the agenda for their day of the meeting.

Every year the membership elects a new Chairperson for each section. They moderate their section of the annual meeting and serve on the Board for the following three years. The Board elects the Society President every year.

The Annual Business Meeting of the Society is before lunch during the Vegetable Section. At this meeting Chairs are elected and other motions are considered. The Oregon Fresh Market Grower’s Association provides an update at the end of the Vegetable Section.
